This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred to direct the third respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.10.2022 acknowledged in CSR No.1168 of 2022 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the complaint has been given by the petitioner on 03.10.2022 before the third respondent; but so far no case has been registered.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated and CSR Number has been assigned in CSR No.1168 of 2022 on 10.10.2022 and the same has been closed as civil in nature on the undertaking given by the parties that they would amicably settle the dispute.

In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed and the petitioner is at liberty to invoke appropriate proceedings under Sections 156(3) & 200 of Cr.P.C., before the appropriate forum.
