This petition has been filed to substitute the respondents 1 to 3 herein on record, as legal representatives, in the place of the deceased first respondent in the condone delay petition in CMP No.28215 of 2023.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, we inclined to allow the petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to make necessary amendment.
