: Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from converting the park area allotted in the layout approved plan in D.T.C.P. No. 6/2011 and gifted to the Kolathur Village in S.No. 397/2,3 measuring 1843.73 in Document No. 400 of 2011 dated 21.01.2011 registered in the Joint II Registrars Office at Chengelput, as Kolathur Panchayat Office building violating Rule 41 of Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019 permanently and reserved the area as park for the layout and also

punish the erring officials for converting the park area as building area without any legal sanctity.
