ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records relating to fair and decreetal order dated 23.05.2025 made in CMP No.88/2021 in M.C.No.75/2021 on the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and set aside the same.

2. The brief facts of the case:

The respondents herein filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C seeking to direct the petitioner herein to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- each as interim maintenance to the respondents herein. The petitioner herein contested the case by filing counter. On hearing both sides, the Trial Court directed the petitioner herein to pay a sum of Rs.7,500/- per month each to the respondents herein as interim maintenance and to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as litigation expenses. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed this Criminal Revision Case.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Earlier, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as part of arrears of maintenance and also directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as interim maintenance to the respondents but till date the petitioner has not complied with earlier order. The order passed by the Trial Court is confirmed. Further, the respondents are entitled to recover arrears of maintenance as per manner to law. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
