The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the FCOP No.86 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Erode and transfer the same to the Additional Family Court at Coimbatore to be tried along with the HMOP No.942 of 2021.

2. In view of the fact that the Transfer Petition in T.R.CMP.No.743 of 2022 stands allowed, the Transfer Petition in T.R.CMP.No.1222 of 2022 stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
