PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner representation dated 06.01.2025 and initiate suitable proceedings against the respondents 3 to 6 in accordance with law. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent police to consider his representation dated 06.01.2025 and take action against the respondents 3 to 6.

2. According to the petitioner, the investigation has not been properly conducted by the alleged personnel, therefore seeks action against them.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the documents placed on record.

4. It is relevant to note that the petitioner has already been arrayed as 2/4

an accused and if the investigation has not been conducted, as per the Rules, the petitoner can take advantage of the same in the trial and only if there is proper finding by the trial court and in violation of the procedures, action could be initiated.

5. In such view of the matter, based on the representation, action cannot be initiated and the present Petition is dismissed. No costs. 29.08.2025 ssd To
