This Court, vide order dated 22.03.2024, granted time till 12.04.2024 to the learned counsel for the petitioner, to comply with the defects pointed out by the Registry. It is further observed that if the steps are not taken by 12.04.2024, these petitions will be dismissed as against the respondent, who remains unserved.

2. Till date, the said order has not been complied with. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions stand dismissed.
