ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 and to direct the 2nd respondent to refund Rs.1 lakh to the petitioner, within stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.
2. In view of the order, which is going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he has wrongly deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- through his bank account maintained with the 3rd respondent into a deceased person's account maintained with the 2nd respondent on 03.01.2024. Therefore, he has requested the respondents Page No.2 of 6
to retrieve the said amount, however, the said amount was not refunded to the petitioner. Consequently, on 12.06.2025, he has made a representation before the respondents seeking a refund of the said amount. However, the respondents have kept the petitioner's representation pending without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court for appropriate orders.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court, issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 and also issues a direction to the 2nd respondent to refund Rs.1 lakh to the petitioner, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a Page No.3 of 6
copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved persons, if any.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
