Petitions under Article 227, Constitution of India, filed against the against the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 02/08/2017 passed in I.A.No. 12421 of 2016 in O.S.No. 4186 of 2012 on the file of the III Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai (in CRP(PD).No.3292 of 2017). ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Tuesday, the Second day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 03.02.2020 and letter dated 08.10.2021 and 05.04.2021 vide Dis.No.10607/2021 and 5209/2021 from the III Assistant Judge, (FAC), City Civil Court, Chennai, this court made the following order:- By an order dated 03.02.2020, this Court dismissed the C.R.P. (PD).No.3292 of 2017, with a direction to the learned III Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.4186 of 2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.On a letter by the III Assistant Judge (FAC), City Civil Court, Chennai, to the Registry dated 05.04.2020, seeking extension of two months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.4186 of 2012, this Court by the order dated 16.07.2021 in C.R.P.(PD).No.3292 of 2017, granted two months time to dispose of the said suit.

3.Again the learned III Assistant Judge (FAC), City Civil Court, Chennai, by the letter to the Registry dated 07.10.2021 seeks further three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.4186 of 2012, on the ground that due to pendency of I.A.Nos.2 to 4 of 2021 and the learned III Assistant Judge (FAC), City Civil Court, Chennai, being in-charge for the two other Assistant Courts, speedy disposal of the suit has been delayed.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the learned III Assistant Judge (FAC), City Civil Court, Chennai, further three months time is hereby granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.4186 of 2012, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
