The above civil miscellaneous petitions are filed to condone the delay of 92 days in filing each of the above writ appeals.

Mr.V. Sundareshwaran, learned Standing Counsel for respondents has no objection for condoning the delay.

In view of "No Objection" expressed by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the respective miscellaneous petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered as prayed for.
