This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct and conclude the enquiry initiated against the fourth respondent based on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.09.2024.

2. Heard Mr.V.Manohar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the process is already going on and that eight (8) weeks time is required to complete the enquiry and to pass orders.

4. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry and to pass 2/4

orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
