ORDER

This petition has been filed to give protection to the petitioner for about 8 to 10 hours in a day to be fixed by the petitioner with them, to deepen the bore well, in petitioners tenancy land in S.F.No.199/2, Narasipuram Village, so that the 3rd respondent may not interfere with the process. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to give protection for him to deepen the borewell in his tenancy land . Now, almost four years have been lapsed from the date of complaint and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
