This petition is filed to condone the delay of 53 days in preferring the appeal.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 53 days in preferring the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
