This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 01.12.2022 made in W.P.No.3289 of 2017. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that this Court vide order dated 01.12.2022 made in W.P.No.3289 of 2017 directed the writ petitioner and the respondents 6 and 7 in the writ petition to submit joint representation for relocation of the burial ground to S.No.33/3 and directed the respondent to consider the said joint representation and to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to which, the respondent passed order rejecting the petitioner's request on 18.12.2023. 3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
