Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the land in survey no.51/1A, 51/2 an total extent of 1 Hector 86.56 Ares respectively situated at Pillanallur Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District and to fix boundary stone as per the Sale deeds in Document 1/5

No.638/1979 dated 23.04.1979 and document No.1389/1980 dated 10.09.1980 and revenue records such as FMB based on the petitioner on-line representation dated 16.03.2022within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his on-line application dated 16.03.2022 seeking to survey the land in survey no.51/1A, 51/2 with an extent of 1 Hector 86.56 Ares, Pillanallur Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the above mentioned property under registered sale deeds dated 23.04.1979 and 10.09.1980. The petitioner has submitted an on-line application dated 16.02.2022 seeking to 2/5

survey the land and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the on-line application of the petitioner for survey of land will be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 16.03.2022 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
