ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this court by its order dated 31.01.2025 in para 9(iv) that the appellant shall stay at Puducherry and report before the Station House Officer, Grand Bazar Police Station, Puducherry daily at 10.30 a.m. in Crl.M.P.No.1519 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.768 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that as per the order of this court, he stayed at Puducherry and appeared before the Station House Officer, Grand Bazar Police Station, Puducherry daily. Apart from that, he is also directed to appear before the trial court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the same was also duly complied. Hence, he filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this court. 2/4

3. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pudy.) would submit that for the last four days, he has not complied the condition. Hence, he prayed to dismiss this petition.

4. On perusal of records, the fact reveals that he preferred this Criminal Appeal against the conviction passed under Sec.304 I.P.C. According to the petitioner, he is a daily wager and unable to attend at Puducherry daily. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this court and he is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until completion of trial and also directed to appear before the trial court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 03-09-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes rpp To
