ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime.No.763 of 2013 pending on the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed and a closure report has been filed. However, since the case records were missing, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police was not able to serve a notice to the petitioner before filing of the closure report. 3.Taking into consideration the above development, the 3rd respondent is directed to serve a notice to the petitioner and it is left open to the petitioner to file a protest petition and workout his remedy in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of.
