ORDER

The petitioner has been granted bail for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.246 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition imposed in para 7(b) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.21173 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions. However, he seeks relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above condition to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required".

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
