This petition has been filed to restore the order dated 12.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11438 of 2021 passed by this Court, thereby dismissed the above said Criminal Original Petition for default.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that already the trial has been commenced. The complainant side witnesses has already been closed. On the defence side, DW1 was examined.

Therefore, no purpose would be served by allowing the restoration petition.

3. In view of the above, this Court finds no merits in this petition. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
