ORDER
The petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC, Section 3 of TNPPDL Act read with Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.555 of 2023. Thus, the petitioners seek relaxation for the condition imposed in para 7(c) "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police for a period of daily at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required" in Crl.O.P.No.17028 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. The investigation was completed and the final report has been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 7(c) in Crl.O.P.No.17028 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025, "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police for a period of daily at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required" is relaxed. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 2/4
