This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.PNo.15502 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21591 of 2022 on 17.10.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further order.
