ORDER
The petitioner, seeks cancellation of the order dated 13.09.2024 passed by the trial Court granting bail to the respondents. The learned public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that respondent has been cooperating with the investigation and complying 1/4
with the conditions imposed in the bail order. He further submitted that the petitioner is only aggrieved with the observations made in the impugned bail order; which would affect the right of the petitioner to prove its case against the respondent before the trial Court. 2.
In view of the aforesaid submission made out by the learned public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that the impugned order need not be set aside. However, it is made clear that the observations made by the trial Court in the impugned order shall not affect the petitioner's right to esatblish its case against the respondent in the trial. Accordingly,this criminal original petition is disposed of.
