This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.24953 of 2022 on 14.10.2022 to report before learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur, Salem everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial Court on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
