This application has been filed by the applicant / mother seeking interim custody of the minor child, Zac Ninan Vipin, from 5.00 PM on Fridays to 8.00 PM on Sundays on all weekends.

2.Orders have been passed on 13.03.2024 in Cont.P.No.276 of 2024, permitting the mother to have custody of the child on every Sunday between 9.00 AM and 6.00 PM and since there is a compliance of that particular order, further orders are not required but the direction to continue until further orders. Accordingly, this application stands closed.
