ORDER

The above miscellaneous petition is filed to restore Writ Petition No.19645 of 2016 , which was dismissed for non prosecution on 06.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is inclined to restore W.P.No.19645 of 2016, on

condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of ten days from today, failing which, the order of this Court dated 06.08.2025 made in W.P.No. 19645 of 2016 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. K.SURENDER, J.
