ORDER

Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 3.

2. The Petitioner has made a representation / petition dated 19.10.2022 & 28.11.2022 to restore the Patta in Patta No.1838 comprised in Survey No.110 (part) in Salamangalam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District in Plot No.457, measuring to an extent of 2660 sq.ft.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the Petitioner and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the Petitioner's representation / petition 19.10.2022 & 28.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and restore the Patta in Patta No.1838, after issuing notice to the Petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the above observations and directions. No costs.
