This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders, imposed on 12.10.2022 to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21836 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
