2.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellants and perused the records.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 41 days is condoned.
5.The name of the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4 shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
