The Writ of Mandamus has been instituted for directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2024 and re-transfer the petitioner's husband Mr.Murugan, S/o.Ganesan, remand prisoner, now confined in the Central Prison, Vellore to the Special Sub-Jail, Ponnamallee, Chennai 56.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. 3.
