ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 404 days for preparing this resent revision against the judgement in Crl.A.NO.275 of 2023, dated 11.03.2024, passed by the learned XXII- Additional City Civil Court, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) and learned counsel for the respondent(s) and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.

4. The petitioner / appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondents, on or

before 24.11.2025. On such payment, the delay of 404 days in preparing the above Crl.R.C.SR.NO.52105 of 2025, stands condoned.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
