This petition is filed to condone the delay of 545 days in filing the above criminal revision petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and finding that the petitioner suffering a conviction and jail sentence, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the revision if it is otherwise in order.
