This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.7 of an Order, dated 21.09.2023 in CRL.OP.No.20675 of 2023 to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.1335 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The earlier condition to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) would remain.

4. Accordingly, this modified petition stands dismissed. Hence, this Court directs the petitioner to comply with the said condition on or before 15.11.2023, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall automatically stand cancelled. If this so, the respondent is directed to take the petitioner into custody.
