Nothing survives for further adjudication in this Arbitration Application, as the purpose for which it was ordered has been fulfilled. The vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant by the learned Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2023.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner was paid initial remuneration of Rs.20,000/- as ordered. Considering the nature of work and the time spent by the learned Advocate Commissioner in executing the warrant, an additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/- is ordered to be paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner. The applicant is therefore directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of 15 days from today. The seized vehicle shall neither be sold nor alienated or transferred to a third party without a favourable Award and/or order of Execution Court. The rest of the conditions in the order passed earlier dated 20.10.2023 shall continue to bind the applicant.

3. With the above observations, this Arbitration Application stands closed.
