This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23828 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23828 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first day of every month until further orders.
