This Court does not find any change in circumstances of the case, and even in the previous order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13196 of 2019 dated 16.05.2019, this Court has specifically directed the respondent police to conduct an enquiry and advice the petitioners and hence it is up to the petitioners to go and appear before the respondent police for enquiry.
3.
