Today, the matter is listed under the caption for "being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court disposed of the aforesaid writ petition, vide order dated 20.07.2022, in which, the enrollment number of the petitioner was wrongly typed as "Roll No is 389/1995", instead of "Roll No.1389/1995", due to typographical error. Hence, the learned counsel sought to rectify the said mistake crept-in, in the order.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for rectifying the said mistake.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and upon perusal of the records, this court is inclined to rectify the mistake crept-in in the order. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to correct the mistake with regard to the enrollment number of the petitioner as "1389/1995" in the first paragraph of the order dated 20.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.31409 of 2019. Except the same, the order remains unaltered.
