ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's husband Mani, aged about 25 years, had gone missing from her house on 30.09.2023, she had given a complaint on 06.10.2023 before the second respondent/Police and since no effective steps were taken by the Police to trace her husband, she has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the respondent/Police has produced the petitioner's husband before us, who has informed the Court that he intends to reconcile with his wife/petitioner herein.
3. In view of the decision taken by the petitioner's husband, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and hence, no effective orders can be passed to the prayer sought for in this petition.
4. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. No costs.
