O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Tirupattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.300 of 2021, within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the 1st defendant in the suit. The 1st respondent/plaintiff has filed a suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction. The suit is of the year 2021.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet produced before this Court would indicate the pleadings of the parties were already completed and the suit was posted for framing of issues on 15.10.2025 and thereafter, there is no much progress.

4. Taking into consideration the suit is of the year 2021 and pleadings of the parties are also completed, this Court is inclined to direct the Subordinate Court, Tirupattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.300 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
