This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.35 of 2013 dated 20.10.2012 filed in Crime No.446 of 2012 on the file of the respondent herein against the petitioner for the Offences under Section 420 I.P.C., and r/w.Section 15(1)(a) of IMC Act and Section 6(1)(a) of IMD Act.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been completed and the case was ended in acquittal in C.C.No.35 of 2013. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
