ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District and Sessions, Coimbatore to consider the petitioner's bail application to be filed in Crime No.395 of 2022 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, RS Puram Police Station, Coimbatore District on the same day on his surrender.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the accused has been arrested and hence the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
