Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the proceedings of the first respondent comprised in letter Ref.No.31377/U1/05.1 dated 28.11.2006 and quash the said proceedings dated 28.11.2006 and consequently direct the respondents to recognize the petitioner's teacher training institute viz., Madha Teacher Training Institute, Kunrathur as a minority institution under Art.30(1) of the Constitution of India.
