ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct 2nd respondent to grant police protection to the petitioner and her husband based on the petition dated 25.02.2019.
2.It is seen that the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 are close relatives, being son and grandson of the petitioner herein. Admittedly, there is a partition deed between them in respect of which there is a dispute for enjoying the said property. Therefore, all the allegations are civil in nature, as such the police protection cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Civil Court for police protection.

3.With the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
