O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the FIR by including Sections 326 & 307 IPC in Cr.No.268 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in crime No.268 of 2022 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 & 506(2) IPC. However, according to the petitioner, though there are ingredients to attract the offences under Sections 326 & 307 IPC, the respondent police failed to add the offences. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that now investigation is pending and if at all any offences are made out, it would be add in the final report. 4.Considering the above fact and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that while interrogation, if any materials are available to attract the offence, the respondent police is directed to add those offences on the final report.

5.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is

disposed of.
