This Civil Revision Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Principal District Judge (FAC), Villupuram District, Villupuram, in D.No.8669/23 dated 20.09.2023.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the civil revision petition this Court by an order dated 27.09.2022, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit O.S.No.63 of 2011, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the learned Additional District Munsif, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District has sent a communication to the Registrar General of this Court vide D.No.789 dated 14.09.2023 through learned Principal District Judge (FAC), Villupuram District, Villupuram and the learned Principal District Judge (FAC), Villupuram District, Villupuram vide D.No.8669/23 dated 20.09.2023 forwarded the letter and sought further period of three months time to dispose the suit. 3.
