ORDER
This petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondent to de-freeze the petitioner's bank accounts, which were freezed in pursuant to the crime No.357 of 2014, on the file of the respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation, laid final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.5168 of 2018, on the file of the Special Court, CCB, Chennai, and trial is in progress.
3.At this circumstance, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted by this Court. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
liberty to approach the trial Court for appropriate relief, if so advised.
