Respondent Prayer: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decretal order, dated 13.09.2019 in E.A.No.217 of 2019 in E.P.No.20 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.34 of 2009 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Vellore (Rent Control Authority). According to the revision petitioners, they filed an application in E.A.S.R.No.1526 of 2019 in E.P.No.20 of 2016 under Section 151 C.P.C. The aforesaid application was dismissed by the executing Court at the unnumbered stage itself and the appeal Challenging the said order, the revision petitioner has filed C.R.P.No.2629 of 2019 before this Court and the same was dismissed by this Court on 30.8.2019. Thereafter, the revision petitioners have filed an application in E.A.No.217 of 2019 before the Executing Court to stay the execution proceedings till the order copy furnished by this Court in the aforesaid C.R.P. and the same was dismissed by the Execution Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported before this Court that copy of the order passed in C.R.P.No.2629 of 2019 has been received by the revision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner in last week of February, 2020 and seeks further six weeks time to prefer SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner received the copy of the order passed in C.R.P.No.2629 of 2019 and therefore, the petitioner can move the SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court within a period of two weeks and strongly objected for granting six weeks time to the revision petitioner to prefer SLP before the Supreme Court.
4 Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on his request, four weeks time granted to the revision petitioner to prefer Special Leave petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court to get appropriate orders. Till such time, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent undertakes that he will not proceed with the case. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this Civil revision petition.
5. In the result, the Civil revision petition stands dismissed with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
