This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.147 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that on completion of investigation final report has been filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Krishnagiri and the same has been taken on file in A.C.No.78 of 2024.

3. In view of the above submission, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
