NIRMAL KUMAR.J., This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as "Sessions Court (Special Court SC/ST Act), Vellore" instead of "Principal Sessions Court, Vellore" in order passed in Crl.O.P. No.22622 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024.

2. The petitioner had complied with the condition imposed by this Court in its order dated 18.09.2024 in Crl. O.P.

No.22622 of 2024 by surrendered within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in this petition, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the satisfaction Court shall be read as "Sessions Court (Special Court SC/ST Act), Vellore" instead of "Principal Sessions Court, Vellore" in order passed in Crl.O.P. No.22622 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024.
