J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 231 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 04.08.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
