This petition has been filed to relax the imposed condition in Crl.O.P.No.25506 of 2022 on the file of this Court order dated 20.10.2022, in so far as reporting before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
